By using Ace Trace, you agree to be bound by these terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App.
The materials contained in this App are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display (commercial or non-commercial)
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Ace Trace at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Disclaimer
The materials within Ace Trace are provided on an “as is” basis. Ace Trace makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation:
- Implied warranties or conditions of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights
Ace Trace does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials in the App.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Ace Trace or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials within Ace Trace may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.
Ace Trace does not guarantee that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current.
Ace Trace may change the materials at any time without notice but does not commit to updating them.
6. In-App Purchases
You can subscribe for unlimited access to all features via the Weekly Premium subscription. This includes:
- Create unlimited posts
- Edit likes, dates, and verified badges
- Send unlimited chat messages
- Access other premium features
Weekly Premium offers a 7-day free trial, then renews at $3.99/week.

7. Payment Information
- You can access limited features or subscribe for unlimited access.
- Prices vary by country; please check the terms shown in-app at the time of purchase.
- Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off in iTunes Account Settings.
- Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during the active period.
- Free trial subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial to avoid charges.
- Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.
